“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress.
Working together is success.”

You can count on the APICS membership community.
Around the world, APICS members know they can rely upon each other work out problems, find solutions, and share resources. Throughout the global supply chain and within leading organizations, we work together to make operations run more efficiently.
Now we can use the APICS body of knowledge to solve an even greater challenge. And the greater community is counting on each of us.
And, it’s easy to make a difference.
APICS has developed a partnership with America’s Second Harvest–The Nation’s Food Bank Network to help feed families in need by building a supply chain against hunger.
The APICS Supply Chain Contest, in conjunction with the APICS 50th Anniversary, demonstrates the impact APICS education makes throughout the supply chain and in our communities.
Building the supply chain against hunger is a collective effort of the APICS membership community. Each member, chapter, and region is a critical link in the chain and affects the success of the campaign.
What APICS Members can Do
Make at least a $1 donation to America’s Second Harvest.
APICS mailed the official Supply Chain Contest packet in May. The packet included colored wristbands that represent your potential links in your region’s supply chain against hunger.
Along with your donation, send your color-coded wristband to your local chapter, providing your name, company, e-mail, and message on the wristband. The message can be how APICS helped you in your career or what you learned from APICS. Messages will be featured in 50th anniversary communications from APICS.
Increase your chance of winning the raffle at the end of the contest and grow your chapter’s supply chain against hunger. Go to the Refer A Friend page to refer five colleagues who would benefit from being an APICS member. Then go to click here to donate at least a $1* for yourself and each person you referred by October 8.
Every member who makes a monetary donation will be entered in a grand prize drawing for a Magellan Maestro 4040 Global Positioning System, having a retail value of $499.99 (US) that will be presented to the winner at the 2007 APICS International Conference & Expo.
